This week’s menu started off with a bang. My husband and I were blessed with a lunch out with a friend on Monday. That meant I didn’t have much of an appetite for supper, so the kids reaped the benefits with one of their favorites.
Yup — macaroni & cheese with hot dogs.
Looking back at the week, I also realize that three of the five meals were ATK recipes. I’m sure they’d be proud.

And to top it all off — apple pie. For breakfast. 🙂 I don’t think I will ever make crust without vanilla again, if I can help it!
Supper tonight? Still not sure. But, as you can see, there’s still pie. And, if nothing else, leftovers from the week. I think we’re good. 🙂
